Looks great Brittany! a fine start to your tank. I was looking all over today for those exact zoas. Didnt find them. :(

Thanks! You should be able to find then if you type in fire and ice zoas on Google. I imagine something would come up.

Just a small update. The tank has been very very cloudy for the past couple weeks. It's driving me nuts! But I guess its part of a new tank, along with other algae blooms :grumble:
My new brain is doing very nicely. I had a little frag of my birdsnest coral and I stuck it in here to see how it does. I know its a new tank and what not but let's just say its a little expiriment. If it doesn't do well it'll go back to the 29. I did a large water change to clear up the cloudiness but its only a tad bit better. The green algae is almost gone tho :D well here's a couple pics.

The brain this morning. The birdsnest is acclimating to the light right now. Soon it will be moved up to the top.

Yayy I can't wait Valasaraptor!

Thanks chichi! I love the black sand. It makes the colors stand out more I think.

Thanks Barry! I just wish it wasn't so cloudy. It's been like that for two weeks now. I don't get it...the cycle is finished so it shouldn't be cloudy...right?

No I'm not running a filter or a skimmer bc its such a small tank. The carbon might help but idk what to put it in..

Try an aquaclear 30, run it for a few days with only carbon and a sponge, dont put it those ceramic things. Hopefully that will help:D
