d2mini's Epic Fantabulous New Reef Build

And my tank is 84" long. I mounted 4 of them length wise over my tank since it's only 24" front to back and i have that coast to coast overflow taking up some of that. I figure regardless of what they say, the lights are long so they have to put out more light one way vs the other. Even though they say 24x24 they would have recommended 5 over my tank if hanging front to back like they are "supposed" to. But by hanging the other way i was able to knock one out of the mix.

I dialed out all the green on mine for now, I really see no use for it. But damn it I know the corals need that UV.

Yeah, not much benefit that I could see to the green channel.
The UV is sweet though. Going to play with the colors a little bit and then I'll post my graph.

Now is it true you can share your light profiles with friends? Like say you make a really awesome mix for say a LPS tank and a friend has an LPS tank you can send them the profile?

Yup! One click to export, one click to import. And when it imports, you can change the day-start and night-start times and it will shift the whole graph.
