LOL! Actually it was pissing me off. It's dark in my office and they were freaking out, bouncing off the bag walls. I had to get all fish whisperer on them so they would calm down and i could get a semi-sharp image. Shhhhhhhh little fishies...... :D

So I think a new rule needs to be implemented at LR that Dennis can't submit any photos for photo of the month. Seriously, how do you get such great shots?! And what costs more, your camera and lenses or your tank?

So i picked up the Vertex "Vectra Engine" automatic neck cleaner for my skimmer. I'll post more info later after I install it but here's a few pics. Their packaging is gorgeous and the build quality of their product is just as good.

you're gonna love it, sir. between a neck cleaner and the skimmate locker from avast-marine i clean my skimmer like once every 2-3 months, haha.

also, any reason you went with the vertex over the avast?

Mainly because i have the Vertex Alpha 250 skimmer. I looked at both, but between having the vertex skimmer and knowing what a good product they make (have you seen their doser???) it just made sense. :)
