as for the water stains i think you will have to just sand down more. call a flooring place and ask them.

You are right James second pass with the 36 grit is taking most of them out and lightening the really bad one up quite a bit.

James Im going to just put a clear coat or 3 of minwax high build gloss polyurethane on it.

that is what i did but i used a satin finish. if you use a high gloss any sun light that hits it will dang near blind you. your floors are looking great.

Ill have all the stains out tonight Ill try and post a pic. Maybe I will use satin James thanks for the suggestion. That floor recieves direct sunlight all day long.

All finished with the coarse sand hit it with the 150 grit and do the edges and it ploy time.
