NDB and I are changing the bulbs tonight. I'm supposed to turn off the lights early to give them time to cool down. I hope I remember to do it!

I got them at ReefGeek. I think it was $275 for 4 x 250 watt MH bulbs.

Lionfish go for actinics in the 460 range nice deep blue that makes the corals pop even more than the 420nm range purple ones.

I got 10K this time. I started with 10K, too yellow for me. So I switched to 14K. Much better! But this time around, the 10Ks were on sale and the 14Ks were not, so $$$ won out over aesthetics.
