Biffy Finally Gets a Build Thread!

Hi Biff, tanks looking great!!

Like th eplumbing too - what did Neal use to glue / seal the joints (the purple stuff)?

Just in general I know there are some glues (acrylic glues in particular) that contain nasty chemicals such as arsenic. Do you know of a list of glues / sealants to use / not to use?

Thanks...

Must be something about gobys today.I found my tiger watchman behind the tank this morning,Looked like he had been there all night.

I bought some pulsing xenia today, HiBye. Just a really small frag though. And on one of my new pieces of live rock that is in the bucket curing, I found three different polyps... Really strange looking polyps, never seen anything like them before. Unfortunately, all three of them are in really weird places in the rock. I moved the rock to my tank so they could get some light, but because of their locations, I am only able to see two of them and there's no way I could get pics of any of them. But all three seem to be different species. Definitely some kind of polyp, not anemone though (thankfully). I'll see if they grow and spread. I already looked at all the usual sites to ID them, with no luck. GETTING HITCH HIKERS IS SO EXCITING!

sweet also now it it takes me 2 months just to buy a 50$ coral that sucks so ill be catching up to you guys ........eventually. and thats the main point of live rock to see what hitcj=h hikers you got:wink:

the heavens gate goby cult. at least my yellow clown goby was alive when i got home today. i was scared my only other goby would decide to off himself with all this going on
