Which fish for a 3rd fish in reef tank?

Definitely look at reef safre wrasses. They are pretty, come it a lot of different colors and they are extremely active fish.

If you do want a tang, you can look at a Kole Tang in a 55 gallon.

Well I got a coral beauty. I've had her for 3 days but she still is kind of afraid and won't eat the frozen food all the other fish eat. She likes to pick off the rocks a lot and I've heard this is natural for them and they can do it for a while and be fine. Any tips though on getting her to eat?

Just give her some time.As long as she's picking off the rocks,she's getting something to eat.
You can also soak the food in some garlic to stimulate the feeding.
