Strange Slug-thing

I was trying to get an ID on this little guy:



It has been going around the tank and moves with a inchworm type motion.

We named him Slurms McKenzie

Really think it's a hare? They are more triangle shape, but the color is correct.

But it's only 1/4 inch they don't get triangular until 3/4 of an inch
