I was just viewing my tank and observed the corals to be a little closed, so I started trouble shooting...long story short, my heater has gone out and my temp has gone down from 82* to 75* in less than 24hrs. So now I'm on my way to the lfs for a heater. The tank should be ok until I get back...I hope! Ttyl

get two heaters that way if one goes out the other still can get you by. Example if you need 200 watts get two 100 watt.

Just an quick update...everything is doing well, even my sps's...so today, I picked up a blood-red shrimp and 10 more small hermit crabs. No pics cause the lights are already out for the night.

My cuc at work...I think an astrea snail has died...or been killed?! This is the first time my starfish has been out since I got it.

I bought 4 cleaner clams last week from the fish market...one never recovered from being on ice at the store, one buried himself completely under the sand, one is partially buried, and the last one became the meal of the feeding frenzy...I thought I would share.
