open brain coral question

so i was feeding my open brain and noticed that only one side had the feeding tentacles out, the other side is actually torn about a quarter of an inch and im hoping that it wont spread to fast and hopefully start healing itself ,

my question is does the brain coral share a stomach , or do i have to feed every mouth?
i usually feed 2 maybe 3 mouths a small bit , it has about 7 mouths that i can count
the whole brain will get nice and plump but the side thats torn a bit doesnt get as plump as the rest of it

Just keep the water quality good and it should heal fairly quickly.

I would think that since the flesh is all connected, it will share in the nutrition from the food. Also, open brains are photosynthetic, so the light will feed it.

yeah i know their photosynthetic but a little fleshy food is also good for em once in a while
