Odd soft tube?

Anyone have any idea`s what I have on my live rock, It only comes out when the lights are off so I cant really get a picture of him. Its about 3mm round and a soft fleshy tube, Ive seen him atleast and inch and a half long. But as soon as lights or he senses someone is there he withdraws back into the live rock. Hes brown/green on one side and white on the other.
Any ideas thanks
