kenya trees and my other corals

+1 mng. Is the OP testing for strontium? Probably not.
As for the shrooms, IME they tend to take a while to split. THe guy at the store might have been full of poop. They split from the base mostly. You'll see the "root" look like its spreading and a day or 2 later, you have a new shroom. Also, when they're expanded really big, they're in lower light. When I put mine at the bottom of my tank under halides, they shrank to almost nothing. When I moved them into the shade, they expanded again.

My mushrooms put a gooey root out whenever they "reproduce" just like Jag said. I've never seen one literally split. As for your Kenya I can't really throw in any thoughts. Seeing how I don't have one. But good luck man.

i dont hink those are zoos, they look like polyps
IME the polyps dont spread as fast as the zoanthids do
but that may just be my tank
also in my current tank, and the previous one i had, i quit dosing everything
water changes only

+1 I really think you should have to be a year minimum in the hobby before being allowed to even purchase additives.

You should buy a test kit with that iodine additive. Your levels may be just fine -- but you don't know without testing.
