We just put a skimmer in last week?! We do water changes every week as well.

Oh! Good! A skimmer can make a huge difference in rising levels and since you are doing a weekly WC, the two combined must have nipped it. Great work. That nem will have a good chance of pulling through if you keep up the water quality. Never hurts to have your LFS double check the numbers for you as well.
