I keep my tank at 74 degrees F, that's about the maximum recommended for most species as keeping the temp at 74 or below is supposed to reduce the chance of a Vibro infection by a lot.
I feed my horses Mysis shrimp, at first it was just Hikari brand as that is what they were raised on but now I'm mixing in PE mysis since they're a bit larger now. I also use Selcon about once a week to enrich the frozen mysis. I've also on occasion gotten some live brine shrimp from one of my LFS gut loaded them and put them in the tank but the horses don't really show a huge interest in them. They do eat them but they're not going all over for them and I kind of question whether a lot of them don't just kind of end up dying and adding waste to the tank.
