anyone know what to expect with this fat female clown?
What do i need to watch for or do if she lays eggs or whatever happens next?

They will usually lay their eggs on a clean, flat surface, like a piece of rock. My clowns always lay in the same spot, and they prep the surface before the eggs are laid, cleaning it off. The eggs will look like little orange or red balls. What you do next depends on if you want to raise the baby clowns or not. If not, the fry become food for everything else in the tank. If you want to raise them, that will require a separate tank and setup, as well as a couple different types of live food sources.

Actually there is someone over on nano-reefs that is breeding clowns. She has some amazing pictures of the eggs and babies.
