I was actually trying to get a shot of a tiny acro crab I found with this one,but I liked the colors and decided I'd share it.

Just cant see the little crab:frustrat:

That's coloring up nice.

Did you notice any difference with those filters? I'm seriously thinking about getting the macro adapter for our camera.

The colors seem to be a tad bit better. But other that,no big difference.About the same as putting on a pair of polorized glasses.
I looked at a macro adapter at Wolfe Camera yesterday. Was a bad price,80 bucks or so.

Yeah, $80 for the marco lens, plus we would also need to buy the adapter to attach the lens and that's another $25.

A little over 100 bucks:D A lot cheaper that what those guys with fancy Canons and Nikons gotta pay
The sales lady showed me all kinds of neat filters and lenses for our cameras.Even showed me a little trick for white balance under reef lighting that I'm gonna have to try.
If it works,it'll be my secret weapon for POTM.:D

wow that dragon sleeper goby looks awesome!!!

thanks for the fts. i will keep my fingers crossed for super fast coral growth this year!

Did i see a hint of cyano there? hope you can kick that stuff quick.

Thanks guys.
I dont think thats cyano Alexander.Turning the lights off for 3 days kills cyano, but not that stuff.ANd you can see that its in a high flow area.Plus no dectectable nutrients in the water.
Thats the main reason I got the sleeper. To see if that'll help.

Is it all globbed together where you could just pull it out? I had som stuff like that in my 80 that was hardened that I could easily pull out.

i have had a dragon gobie for 2 years now and if i ever catch it i'm gonna toss it quickly. they do amazing job on sandbed and even eat hair algae but my rock is all sprinkled with sand and its everywhere, hope yours isn't a pain like mine cause your tank is looking great yote
