What are these things?

Hello, my name is Matt, my wife and I just started a salt water aquarium and put some living rock in. I was excited to find these things alive on it and would like to know what they are. Can you help me?

This little black thing has a long tongue like thing that reaches all around its area.

I looked around on the web and I think its a Star Polyp, a spaghetti worm, and a colony of spiogito worms.

I agree with #1, but #2 I think is algae and a sponge, and #3... I don't know. I can't see it clearly enough.
