tons of live rock/dead rock

my brother just tore down a 90 gallon that he set up last month. he gave me 80 lbs of lr and 80 lbs of dead rock that has been in the tank for a month. i only have a 45 gallon tank to hold it all. my tank is stuffed full of rock and i am waiting for the rest of the rock to be considered live so i can sell it all off. how long will this take and is there any way to speed up the proccess ?

I'd just do a Craigslist ad for it. Unload it quick for about 2.00 a pound.

You can place some "Bio-Spira" in the tank. After about a week, the rock should definity be full of bacteria.
