My snowflake eel looks very much like yours and I absolutely love him! Thank you for being one of the first not to say "keep him away from clownfish and other fish he can eat". I went against that suggestion and introduced my eel to to my saltwater aquarium four months ago. He is thriving and getting nice and big.
I have a question for anyone who might be able to send me in the right direction. I am looking to set up a ten gallon tank with some sort land AND water pet. Something like a riddler crab. I would like to know what my options are before I decide. I am very good about educating myself about my pets so please do not worry about my ability to care for these beautiful creatures.

My husband just talked me into a snowflake eel, surprising since I know how he feels about snakes !! My problem is do you quarantine an eel?
