Heres an updated pic of my plumbing.. return line is in.. just need to put in the ball valves / unions and glue it all together. I have a question though.. Im running a MAG7 as a return pump now with a ball valve, but added a T fitting to run some water back to my skimmer section that will be controled by a ball valve to reduce the pressure in the return line.. is this fine? do I need it or should I take it out? thanks!

I extended the drain pipe back into the skimmer section another 4 inches so its right next to the first drain line... I plan on wraping a filter sock over these 2 as well... What size filter sock should I use? Ill be putting the ball valves and union in today. I will also be glueing all PVC, and putting my new Reef Octo Skimmer in.
