SPS Necrosis?

I think I damaged my SPS when placing it by accidentally brushing it up against a rock and now the tip of one branch looks damaged and has been this way for about a week and a half. Seen on the right side of the pic.

Is there anything I can do to help try and help repair this or should I just work on keeping my params in good order and let it fix itself over time?

I would not do anything to it at this point. It it starts dying you can cut it off or frag it, but it looks okay to me right now.

I see a little algae growing on the dead spot. I'd break it off where it's dead, and it should grow back eventually.
