Thanks bro...lots of research, live rock, and patience.
Just have fun with it...

I've changed my tank a lil, and made it look more open...changed the direction of flow and moved the corals around, which made it look much better.

from your experience, does moving stuff around ever cause you a mini cycle? bother your fish or anything? i want to move my rocks around and some corals. but i dont want to kill everything in my tank. lol

Nope, it doesn't cause a mini cycle or negatively affect anything...but gnats also because I don't really mess with the rocks in the sandbed, which could possibly kick up a lot of crap. But as much as I've moved my rocks around and re-aquascaped several times, I've never had a problem.

Looks awesome smitty. I can't move anything in my tank around bc I epoxyed it all together. Now idk if that was a good idea bc sometimes I think and changing it around. Just the right side is epoxyed. Maybe ill rescape the left side...

Thank you...that's one of the fun parts about this hobby, I love aquascaping. :)

Daaammmm I haven't see the tank since like 90 pages ago :)

Looks like one side of a trench. I bet the fish think they are in the ocean.

I am currently trying to build up my corals to look more natural as well but I can never have a rock wall again.

Anyway, sweet tank and I read someones comment and have to agree that the pix do not look like a 29Gal tank.

I thought it was like a 55 or something when I first saw it.

Oh yeah a few comments back someone asked about a mini cycle and moving things.

I took all the rock out of my 80Gal(16 pounds of it) and had water you could not see through hunting down a mantis and rinsed almost all the rock with RO/DI from my dispenser and put it all back in and had no spikes of anything. I had half the rock to one side, sand everywhere.

If that didn't cause a mini-cycle I can't imagine anything will.

I appreciate that Phastroh... :)
I've upgraded from my old 29gal, to a 37gal cube, it's not as long as the 29 gal, but it's wider...and yep, no cycle when I moved everything over, I made sure I rinsed my sand very well in plain water.
