It looks like a cabbage leather. If not a cabbage leather, it's definitely some sort of leather coral. They are easy to care for -- they like low to medium light, medium flow, and they don't need to be fed. Periodically they will shed their outer skin and for a week or two, will look wilty, sad and unhealthy. Don't worry -- it will perk up again.

i would say cabbage coral or maybe a devils hand.
