pink worm help..good or bad

i was moving the rock and a big worm went into the rock it was pink...what should i do..and theres alot of white clows on some rock are they eggs..or what..

Sounds like it was just a Bristle Worm. Safe, no worries. They are actually good for your tank and eat up a lot of wastes and leftover food.

White clows. Not sure what you're saying?

Not sure about the clows either,unless their Q-Tip sponges.

Sounds like a bristleworm and scypha (pineapple, or q-tip) sponges. Both are nothing to worry about.
