Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that one of those fireworms, with the red tuft on it's head? Better watch out for that one. :D

Actually it looks like a fireworm. That doesn't mean it's necessarily bad -- there are hundreds of species of bristleworms and fireworms. Only a few of them are harmful.

Sarah, what do fire worms damage? or who are they harmful to?

They are just a type of bristleworm. They can sting, or can sometimes eat corals. But 99% of them are fine.
