New to the hobby and pumped.

Hello everyone! I'm very new to the hobby. Currently live in south Florida and dive all the time sooooo I decided to bring the reef into my living room! I started small and have a 55 that a guy set up for me about two weeks ago. I noticed these guys on one of my live rocks.. Do any of you know what I am a proud owner of? Haha. Just curious.

I was curious, this blue "algae" ( I think) popped up over the last two days. Was wondering if this was something i need to take care of ASAP or just part of a new tank growing? Thanks for all your help guys!
