This is what I am using for lighting. You just plug them into a standard plastic hood. They work great.

No I don't. I would rather not have a bunch of equipment hanging off the side of the tank. This is why I am going to keep the bio-load down. So the only animals I'll probably have in the tank are a few Sexy Shrimp.
