So then I picked up a small rose nem for 50 bucks and he crawls into a crevice. :grumble:

Well your lights are more than likely brighter or better quality than the ones on the store tank.Or maybe he is just shy...............lol

Ya, the guy i got him from had him under 150w mh and i have a 250.
I hope he comes out eventually!

you should shorten your lighting schedule or maybe diffuse the 250 watt with some egg crate or screen.To help the new nem acclimate better
