what brand light fixture is it? you would have to find the source of the problem to fix, which isn't always easy, not sure if you have any experience with a volt meter or not.

It could be anything from just a blown bulb to a loose wire to a dead short.
If its a new fixture,take it back and exchange it.Your LFS may even help you fix it.If its not a new light.
The brand is Jebo. It has 2 actinit which are 460 or 480 nm can't remember plus 2 1200k. Anyway there are 4 small moon lights built in the back potion of the light. Whick looks real cool at night. But the out one bugs me. lol
They sell everything you need to fix lunar lights from LEDS to resistors at Radio-Shack and its super cheap. Theres often someone there thats willing to help you find the problem.
