Ok so the more research I do the more questions I have. I currently have a cube that came with a glass lid. I have maybe 2 inches of water between the lid. Is this going to cause a gas exchange issue? I thought it would be better to have it to keep the fish in and possible contaminates out.
I read in one article to use egg crates then saw people say their fish still jumped out.
Another person said use bird netting??
I REALLY dont want my aquarium to look all ghetto rigged and I like being able to just easily open the lid for feeding.
What do all of you guys use?
