I was only meaning in the face of regular water maintenance it can make the difference between algae and no algae

not to disregard water quality totally!
 
Thanks for sharing this Smitty. I think I might try the 50/50 dip for a few of my rocks with hair algae. I'm afraid I know the answer already, but will this kill any feather duster worms or brittle stars that are on the rocks? Thanks.
 
I know for sure that bristle worm die on contact, pods will die if exposed long enough, but I'm not sure about dusters and brittle stars...imo, it's a small price to pay if they don't make it tho. But I really think the stars will be ok, because the h202 is nothing really but a high oxygenation in water, which targets algae.
 
Yes, I agree it will be worth the risk of losing a few feather dusters.

I don't know depending on the hooker I think they would take frags as form of payment. I mean they except gift cards now hahahaha....:mrgreen::mrgreen::mrgreen:
