Hope your tang is OK. My flame angel nipped at the xenias a few time, but doesn't even do that any more.

Tested my water and the only thing that seems like it might have any effect is my ammonia is at .5 or less. Hard to tell with this API test kit, the shades of green compared to my shade of green in the test tube dont match but it's definitely not higher than .5
Nitrates are 0, Ph seems to be ok too. Salinity is right at 1.025
With my small amount of fish and feeding only ever other day or three, and water changes I don't see why my ammonia would be up to dangerous levels.
 
Sounds like a bad test kit, ammonia would have everything in your tank pissy. Your corals would show the signs first, I would think. I would get the yellow out of the tank and either back to the LFS or QT.
 
I got him from a well know lfs and they were recommended by local reefers.
They all seemed healthy in the tank. He had like 10-20 of them, all about the same size.
Someone else had gotten one a couple weeks earlier and he's doing fine so far.
