High nitrires

Hello , I've a new 200litre tank on cycle at the minute and I have low ammonia very high nitrites and high but not as high nitrates . I can't seem to get the nitrites down , reluctant to do a water change at this point , I'd rather it naturally happened .....any advise as to why it's stuck?
Ammonia ....0 025
Nitrites .....120
Nitrates 10
6th week in to cycle
