Hawkfish

Have a falco hawk fish and was told you could have more than one type of hawk fish in the a 55 gallon tank. Just added a Dotty hawk fish and the falco keeps attacking it. Will this end or do I have to seperate them?

I can't imagine my Falco getting along with another hawkfish. I have had mine for about 5 years now. Good luck with yours.

In my case my falco had to be last added to the tank, they are really territorial. It basically ripped apart anything I tried to add after him. I eventually just got rid of him

mine is good with fish but eats my peppermint shrimps
