this is strange it has never happened to me, and my tank is competly open. this is a long long long shot, long long shot, but there might possably be something with your water primiters that s affecting those snales and they leave the tank to avoid the felling. stoopid but any other ideas. ????? and possably possable

well it was one snail. lol maybe he wants to be with his family. you are probably right about the water parameters though.
