If it was,I wouldnt have put it in my tank.That coral is perfectly healthy except for the bleaching.But with the addition of zooplankton,it should color back up.
Its bleached where it got hammered with the flow from the pump.To much direct flow is as bad as not enough flow.

Correct on the flow. I almost killed my Blue Tort by too much flow. The flesh started to peel off. But I revived him, thank god.
