Ok, going to attempt that mod myself! So, you drilled it into the wall between the intake chamber and the middle chamber, correct?

Looks like it's pulling some good stuff!

yea i used a 90 degree drill and went from the middle to the ontake side.

it pulls about a cup and a half a week of just black nasty crap

Did it end up cutting down on the microbubbles as predicted? Mine is putting out a TON of microbubbles lately..

it has produced a ton of crap since i last posted pics and almost no microbubbles
the crap that it is producing smells like rotten sewer.

Very nice. I have been kicking around the idea of an urchin also. Gotta love the Mandarian.

Great additions. I have a urchin but mine is not the long spine type. I move him from the MT to sump. He does a good job with the algae.

That shot of your Mandarian is great. I didn't know what is was at first; it was so close up. I was thinking OMG what a beautiful fish, I've never seen one of those before. I gotta get one! Then I realized I have one. Duh!
