Dangerous bug? Or friendly?

OK, so what is this bug-like critter, and should I worry?

It looks like a large pod. I can't see it clearly. I doesn't seem to be interested in your coral so I wouldn't worry yet. Just try to keep track of it.

Thanks, I was thinking pod as well, but it's the biggest I've ever seen, almost 1/4 inch. It seems to be having trouble with its own existence though...keeps curling up on itself as it tries to move...

It could be molting so it is wiggling out of the old exoskeleton.

Looks like an amphipod, free fish food.
