The T5's are 14w and the T8 is 15w. I didn't know they made HO. Will check into it. I read in Thiel's book on mini-reef aquariums that lighting should be 2.5 watts per gallon, so I am "under-watted" at 43 watts for my 20g tank.
2.5 watts per gallon is the bare minimum. You want to aim for at least 4 wpg for low to moderate light corals and upwards of 6 to 10 for an anemone. The watts per gallon rule does depend on other factors, like type of light and if it's T5, if it has individual reflectors. But regardless, you should upgrade lights very soon if you plan on keeping the anemone.
