Beeguiles 29 gallon reef

awh comon, cichlids arent that bad.. i have my 55 gallon african tank and i raise my jewels babys. they are super red.

They do dig quite a lot but I think id take those plants out snd out rocks in then the digging wouldn't bother me. Anyways! Here's my rock order! It came today and I'm very happy! I got five good sized rocks. Football size and some rubble pieces that I can attach my Kenya tree droppings onto. Here are some pictures. I made a mess with the peanuts I was so excited! Lol

Of course they came right before i had to leave for work! Lol my husband and o are prlly gonna put them in when we get home from work tonight. He was rockscaping in his head as soon as he saw the rocks lol. He loves to rockscape. He puts them in there and tell him whether I like it or not. But he usually does a great job. I most deff will post pics as soon as its done! The corals will prlly be closed up though since the light will be off when we get home.

So I have a question. I got my dry rock but should I soak it? The site says it came from the ocean and could have dead critters on it....so should I soak it? And for how long?

You don't think I should soak it in saltwater over night? Is it okay to just rinse it with freshwater?

Maybe ill just rinse it off real good to get all the dust and dead crap off. Idk maybe ill soak it just to be safe? Ugh i wanted to put it in the tank tonight!

alright, i have 57# and i want like 80 and i have 12 at home so ill be ordering 30 and saving some for my 8 gallon rimless cube

Okay so here is the final product. The picture isn't the greatest bc the white of the rock is kind of glaring but anyways. Hope you like it. I ended up putting more rock in than o planned.
