At the top a green Birdsnest, right: hot pink Acro (any ideas?) left: a green Acro but it should start to turn yellow.

Nice tank!! I wouldn't worry too much about the Clown goby, they're masters of camo. They also exude a slime that makes them pretty much immune to stings from corals so unless there's an anemone in there he's probably hiding. The one in my old 240 reef tank lived for 5 years.
