Nice tank!! I wouldn't worry too much about the Clown goby, they're masters of camo. They also exude a slime that makes them pretty much immune to stings from corals so unless there's an anemone in there he's probably hiding. The one in my old 240 reef tank lived for 5 years.

Thanks. There is a anemone a green bubble tip. But there is more than enough room to hide.

My YCG hid for a couple days after I upgraded, then found a spot to hang out kinda close to his hiding spot for a couple days and finally came out to play. Small fish are good at hiding, I wouldn't worry.
