Just want to know how anyone's experience was with ordering from them. I plan on getting a hob reef octo, some powerheads and a heater from them but want to get a little more info good or bad on them.

Very good indeed. Top notch customer service and they have packaged the stuff ive had them ship nicely....but they are 25 min away from me so i just pick stuff up from there, no need to bother with UPS :)
