Looks pretty awesome!

How high off the water is the light?

It's not too far from the surface of the water. I think maybe four to six inches? Ill have to see when I get home.

Just wondering if I were able to turn my tank into a reef would I be able to use a pendent like that. Been talking to my wife about the possibility... Might be a few years down the road though.

Yea you would need at least a few I would think to cover such a large area. Idk the dimensions of you tank tho. My tank is 30 by 30 and it's lit up corner to corner.

I was thinking about 3? One over each section/dividers. No big deal right now, it will be years down the road if it happens at all.

So I guess I'll post some pics. My tank I going through all sorts of algae stages right now...but at least I can see life in the tank!! I even spotted a tiny little white snail cruising around. Heres the pics. I tried to get All diff angles.

The cycle should be ending sometime this week I think.
Ammonia 0-0.25
Nitrite.25
Nitrate 10-20

They are slowly coming down. I can't wait to get my fish and corals in there!

Okay ladies and gents, the cycle is over and the corals are in!!!! It was a long day of taking apart the 29g, fragging all the corals and moving them to the new tank. All the corals seem happy in the new tank and are responding well to the new light. I plan on keeping the lights on for the same schedule as before but I will just ramp up the intensity gradually so they aren't shocked or burned up. I didn't put the fish in yet. That will be a task for another day. I have the hogfish and two engineer gobies in the 29g for now. Anywys enough talk, now here are the pictures!!
