i have 2 power heads in there that are 350gph n im ordering another 70 lbs of rocks in the next couple of weeks. are those 2 powerheads good enough?? n im also ordering a protien skimmer. on my to do list in this order is protien skimmer, more live rock, t5 lighting, n than later on down the road build or buy a sump system. unless any1 has any better suggestions for now??

You want around 15-20 times your tank volume in turn over per hour. Also it is much cheaper to add dry base rock, and it will turn live in no time (and no extra cost). I would also put buying more powerheads further up your list. Having good flow is key in keep any fish tank. It keeps your animals healthy and cuts down on algae issues.
But your list looks good. But adding a sump sooner rather than later could save you at lot issues with algae.

than ill look more into building a sump. but i been readin about white shit on my rocks and im guessing its dead stuff that used to be alive, is there any way to help bring it bak??

its hard to tell but it might have been sponges that were growing there. And if the rocks completely dried out they are probably goners.
Also are your rocks on the sand or glass. The sand slowly dissolves over time and can get moved around by critters, so if your rocks are on the sand, you are at a high risk of a rock slide.

The rocks did not dry all the way out. I bought them n the people at the pet place put them in a bucket put sum water in wrapped the rocks in paper n dunked that bak in the water it came from then place them in the bucket.n as soon as I got home I put them right im the tank
