What is this thing?

These things are all over my tank. They used to be on the glass at the back of the tank, but now, I'm noticing them on my live rock. I've included a picture. They are very tiny. The pic is a super zoomed in shot of one on my live rock.

Can anyone tell me:

1. What is it?
2. Where do they come from?

Looks like limpets. They are harmless and actually eat algae. They probably came in on your live rock.
