What kind of camera should I get?

So I'm really getting into my aquarium, and now I'm going to have a second one going up in about a month.

I've tried a few different cheap cameras, and even the one on my new android razr maxx(heh)

But I want to take pictures of my corals with just the blues on, to really show people how they can glow. But there's so much blue in the tank that the picture just comes out to one big blue blur kindof.
I don't really know anything about cameras, or photography. Just the basics.
Let me know guys, here to learn :)

Guess I should have stated that.
Um..I know cameras can get pretty expensive, so I'll probably end up asking for this as a birthday present lol

Price range I guess would be: $75-150$

Well...not gunna find too much in that range but, theres a guy on my FB that sells coral. He takes some very good pictures with a underwater camera. I dont think those are to expensive and ive been debating on at least trying it.

The thing with shooting with just your atinic lights on the glare you get from any cam pretty much sucks.

Theres alot of low end cams out there that are nice. I just off the top of my head dont have to many suggestions. My first cam was decent once i knew how to use it. It was a fuji something or another.
