    Kinda looks like bubble algae. Do a google image search on bubble algae and see if that is what it looks like. Its kind of hard to tell in your picture.

    Not good! I gotta run so dont have time to type but if you use the search feature on this site and look up dinoflagellates you'll get some good info.

    Often seen as part of a cycle....read up and you ought to be able to deal with them....
