What Do you guys feed your Corals ???

So Just like it says above im wondering what you huys feed your corals. This is the food I have ATM.

Rogers reef food
Phyto feast
Coral Frenzy
and recently got Oyster feast.

For my fish

Misis,
and some other foods formula 1 and 2
also give them nori sheets
squid
Nutramar ova
I have plankton But they don't seem to like it.

ANyways I feed my LPS some of the misis and the formula 2 carnivour diet.
and usually just put about 1 teaspoon full of phyto every other day.

THen 1 time a week I spot feed SPS with coral frenzy and phyto

The rogers fod usually gets trown into the tank and everything eats it.
This is not the RODs food its difrent. . thinking of getting rods original and reef.

Anyways does my feeding seem ok and how should I use the oyster feast ?? should I spot feed with it or just add it like the phyto. Was thinking about maybe spot feeding them every 3 days and use something difrent each time.

I feed the tank Larry's Reef Frenzy. So the coral get some of that.
Once a week or so I'll throw in some Reef Chili and sometimes I'll mix some Oyster Feast with the Reef Frenzy.

Oh, and fish poop.
