What can I keep with this lighting...

So I really don't wanna spend a ton on lighting and stuff but I want to have a nice set up so I can spend a lot of money on corals. So here's the plan

20 g tank (high) 24 x 12 x 16
siphon overflow http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=18358

or I may get it drilled, anyone have some plans?

Coralife Super Skimmer
Lights-I have these- 2 40 watt 18" T5s so 80 watts total, they are the Nova Extremes (what would I be able to keep? Looking to keep zoos and LPS mainly) http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+3733+13822+16770&pcatid=16770

I have plans to eventually get a Nova Extreme 24", or a Sundial which has the individual reflectors, main reason is because then I can get better par bulbs and have fans an more wattages
Sump/refugium
That's about it, also how do I know how much sand gives me what depth, what's the rule?

I'll run the drs phophate remover and Chemi-Pure also.

Thanks!

For zoas and LPS corals there really no need to upgrade to individual reflectors.I believe it will be okay for SPS corals too, definitely montipora for sure.I'm not a fan of the Slimpaq bulbs that comes with Novas because of low PAR like you said.I would at least change the bulbs with something else like ATI and UV bulbs. If you really want to go SPS dominant than the Sundail with IR will be the better choice.

Generally one pound of sand will give you a 2'' sandbed on standard rectangular tanks.20lbs/20gal for a 2'' bed,10lbs for a 1'' bed.
